Buddha used the word duhkha, which is usually translated as unsatisfactoriness or suffering, but literally refers to a stuck axle that won't turn. When we are stuck, not willing to flow with life's changes, we suffer. This is just what I needed to hear a this very moment an time, Zen!!! :)THx
