Bが従前から有していたドキュメントの著作権及びBが本件業務遂行において新たに単独で著作したドキュメントの著作権は、Bに留保されるものとし、Aは、本契約に基づきソフトウエアを自己利用するために必要な範囲でこれらを著作権法に従って利用できる
