メッセージの継続表示、継続吹鳴
一定時間、一定間隔でPESS から表示リクエストメッセージが送信される。
その間、優先順位の高いイベントが来るまでは途切れなくメッセージの表示を維持するものとし、メッセージ受信時にメッセージ表示タイマーを再設定&再カウントスタートすること。断続ブザー音（対象のブザータイプ：$00,$04,$05,$10(＊)）吹鳴時は総吹鳴時間が延長されるものとし、ブザーON/OFF の間隔が影響してはならない。
IG-ON 時にはメッセージ破棄し、演出表示に切り替えてよい。
高優先順位の処理後は、処理全てのタイマーをリセットした状態から開始すること。
