しかし、一番大事なことは、使い勝手などと考えますが、本社では
その辺り、設計Gだけでなく、全部署で検討/検証されているのでしょうか？

いわゆるデザインレビューです。

確かにすぐに金型着手が必要となるスケジュールなのはわかりますが
それは製品設計で、一番大事な事だと感じます。(特に最近・・・)

設計グループが進めているから、そういうことは設計Gの問題・・・
ではないと考えます。

色々な視点からの意見を全員で出し合い、より良い製品としたいです。
全部署が責任を持って、製品を理解し、進めるべきです。

と、理想論ですみません。

実は、こちらの都合でもあるのですが、別途、エムケー電子様の製品も
スケジュールが見え始め、重なっています。

こちらの設計部隊としては、私を含め、2名です。
つまり、下記のスケジュールは、厳しいですね。
特に金型試作までが。
1ヶ月無いとは・・・・さすがに、厳しいと感じます。

先行してしまい、上記の大事な部分の検証が、後回しになってしまう感じが

当然、両方ですけど、「良い製品」の部分が、どうなのか？

本社として、全部署がこの製品、どこまで把握されていますでしょうか。
