彼は全日本選手権にエントリーすることができない。
なぜなら、彼は西日本選手権の予選をWDしてしまった。
稀に特別待遇で参加許可されるケースもあります。
しかしながら彼は怪我をしているので、私は彼のエントリーは極めて難しいと思う。それはとても残念です。

もしも彼がGPSに出場していたら、彼は西日本予選を免除されていました。

He cannot be entered in the Championship.Because he ended up WD Western Japan Championship.In some cases rarely granted participation in the special treatment.I think however he is hurt, so I very hard his entry. It is very unfortunate.If he had played in the GPS he was exempt West Japan preliminaries.

Because he had to WD the West Championship qualifying.
There are rare cases that are participants allowed by the special treatment.
However, since he has been injured, I think his entry is very difficult. That's really unfortunate.

When I was If played him on GPS, he had been exempted from the West qualifying.
