TDPI遠藤社長 戸羽工場長 滑川部長 木村部長いつもお世話になっております。本日は、お忙しい中での打ち合わせありがとう御座いました。議事録は下記の通りです。お手数でも、ご確認お願いします。 日時：2016年12月22日（木）午前10時～11時45場所：DTPI会議室出席者：DTPI: 戸羽工場長、木村部長、フリップ ダルマ： 本田 ロナルド PTGI : DONATO １、照明ランプに貼り付けるUVカットフィルムは東海様より日本から取り寄せて頂く 2、純水エリアに関しましての工程 11月末にIEテック様にて水出しテスト運転予定 <<< 水出しテストは、テスト後に出し続ける必要が有るため11月末に変更 ダルマ建設は11月19日までに給水，排水、エアー、電源工事を完了させる。 11月23日よりIEテック様にてテスト調整開始3、クリーンルーム内にクリーンブースを設計する。 <<< 10月5日に設計図、見積もり書提。10月21日注文書を頂く。 ファンコイルユニット、ステンレス鋼材、静電防止ビニールシート等の 部材は発注済み。 床エポキシ塗装の予定が有り塗装後に設置予定。 4、窒素タンク置き場のレイアウト、タンク設置関わる見積もり書を作成する。 タンク配置はPEZAに確認済み <<< 11月21日に見積もり書を提出 PTGI様にてタンクロケーションの見直しをする。 12月1日、発注書受理。許可申請の準備を進める。 今週末～来週初めにPTGI様と建築許可申請に関する打ち合わせ予定。 12月2日よりゴミ置き場の移設、カンティーン建屋の解体完了。 タンクの基礎工事開始 5、工場床（インジェクションルーム、プリンティングルーム）の床仕上げ 静電防止のエポキシ塗装で進める 11月14日に発注書受理。塗装色はベージュ <<< 12月18日までに塗装完了6、エアコンフィルターの交換時期確認に差圧計の設置を検討する。 フィルターの損圧は167PA（新品時）ですので、差圧計はフルレンジで500PAの 物が必要になります。 <<< TDPI様でご検討頂く7、角取り室、洗浄室内の手洗いからの排水を確認して頂く。 <<< 洗浄機からの排水系統（3,000LTR）に接続。8、既存クリーンルームの床塗装のため新設クリーンルームに仮移設する <<< 移設機械のレイアウトを頂く。 12月10日にクリーンルーム内の静電防止エポキシ塗装、機械移設に関わるエネルギー 工事の見積もり書を提出。12月15日、発注書を頂く。 12月23日（金）の夕方から機械撤去、新設クリーンルームに移設し、12月26日（月） までに稼働出来るように工事を完了させる。 静電防止エポキシ塗装、クリーンブース完成後の1月28、29日で既存クリーンルーム へ機械復旧する。 9、機械搬入ドア（非常用ドア）の立て付けを調整する <<< 全ての機械搬入が終了したら非常ドアの形状に復旧し、ガスケットの貼り付け、 ヒンジ、ストッパーを調整する。基本的にエアタイトドアに復旧する。10、倉庫エリアに外部より出入りが出来るドア（二枚ドア、施錠付き）を取り付けする。 <<< 12月26日まで完了予定11、サバールームにドア、換気扇を取り付けする。 <<< 12月18日に換気扇を取り付け完了。12、既存、新設クリーンルームに加湿器用の電源（コンセント220V）を各ニヶ所取り付ける。 配線工事は12月18日（日）取り付け完了13、12月18日（日）、場内工場用仮囲いを撤去する。 <<< 18日撤去完了14、各室入り口ドアのガスケット見直しとリベットを調整する。 <<< 12月26日までに完了予定。15、洗浄機からの排気ファン（3台）のスイッチを取り付ける。 また、排気ダクトを外部まで突き出す。16、正面玄関周りの外壁塗装を補修する。 以上ですが、補正箇所が御座いましたらご指摘お願いします。 次回の打ち合わせは、12月29日（木）午前10時より予定させて頂きます。
