本日はパッチワークス第一回本公演「{ }」（空集合）にご来場いただき、誠にありがとうございます。今回、{ }（空集合）の演出を担当しましたが、実は演出をするのは約6年ぶりで、しかも自分の劇団外での演出は初めての経験。しかもしかも、12人という役者の数も初体験ですし、役の数にいたっては30以上。自分にとってかなり未知の領域での作品作りになりました。出演してくれた役者にとっても、初めて受ける私の演出は当然未知のものであり、稽古中もどこに向かっているのか不安になる部分もあったかもしれません。
そういう未知の、あるいはなんでもないものを集めた集合体としての今回の作品、その集合としての意味が少しでも皆様に届きましたら、この上ない幸いです。
