たいとのリクエストがありました。
その場合、他社塗料をまずコンクリート面から剥離（サンダーなどで削り取る
等）する作業を行う必要がありますでしょうか？
あるいは、他社塗料の上からそのまま塗装を行っても問題ないでしょうか。
注意点がございましたら、アドバイスを頂き度
スクレーパーを使って下処理をすることをおすすめします。
不活性面（塗布面がヘタヘタに古くなり、スクレーパを入れるとパリパリ剥がれるもの）は剥がしてく ださい。
活性面（まだしっかりと生きている塗布面）は、スクレーパーの刃が止まればしっかりとした強度があ りますので
無理に剥がす必要はありません。
活性面の中に小さく不活性面がある場合も、活性面の力が不活性面を支えますので、剥がすのに労力を費やすよりは
重ね塗りで十分かと思います。

ただ、溶剤同士の相性があり、組み合わせ可否は以下となります；
